Environ’s hydrating Vita-Peptide Toner contains a combination of vitamins and peptides known to smooth wrinkles and improve skin tone and elasticity for healthier-looking, youthful-looking skin. Helps remove cleanser and make-up residue while maintaining skin’s natural pH.
Instructions for use:
Always apply toner after your pre-cleanser and cleanser. Do this with your hands or on a dry cotton pad and then apply your moisturizer.
Warning: Discontinue use if irritation occurs
